Massi Ninni was born in Milan in 1972. After attending Architecture at the University of Milan, he got closer to photography in 1996, attending the Istituto Europeo di Design. He deepened his passion for some specific themes such as the portrait at the studio of Paul Elledge in Chicago, where he worked between 1997 and 1998. He developed then this interest at the studio of Fulvia Farassino in Milan. From 2000 to 2004 he collaborated with the italian newspaper “Corriere della Sera” for the inserts “Vivi Milano” e “Corriere Milano”, where he dealt with the urban reportage.
Between 1999 and 2002 his main interests were still Life, fashion and interiors; he worked with the studios of Giorgio Majno and Marco Craig in Milan. Starting from 2005 till now, these experiences let him to work with the most important Japans fashion and design magazines as UOMO, LEON, MEN’S EX, CASA BRUTUS, BRUTUS, OCEANS, MEN’S CLUB, GOETHE, FIGARO JAPON , VOCE, MISS, CREA, MARIE CLAIRE JAPON, ELLE JAPON, NIKITA, STORY, DOMANI, MARISOL, MYLOHAS .
Currently Massi Ninni has started a new personal project “between Reality and Fantasy”, where get place “Tokyo Plastic” work about loved Japan.
